User Management
All Senitron / Athena users are managed through the "Tenant Admin > Manage Users/Roles" menu.
Users
The "Users" menu is where you can see all current system users, as well as add new Users.
Adding New Users
Click the "Add User" button to see add user UI. Input all the needed fields, name, email, user role, password, and locations to give access to, and click on "Save"
* The Hand-Held section allows selecting to have the hand-held app remember the username, password, and auto-login, for that specific user.
Editing Users
Click the "Edit" button next to each user to edit the user.
User Roles
Click on the "Manage User Roles" menu to see the current defined user roles and or define new user roles.
Click on "Add Role" to create a new role, or click on "Edit" next to existing roles to edit them.
On the Edit/New user role screen you may define the role name, and click the check boxes to give view access to specific pages, and or block access to specific pages, as well as define which page the user logs into after logging in.
Note: when access is blocked the specific pages, the menu option also disappears for the user, as well as these changes are in real-time, thus users which may already be into pages will immediately loose access.
Handheld RFID- Roles - In the bottom section of the user roles edit screen, you will find the Handheld Roles, where you may define which handheld RFID functions the user role member may access and exercise
User-Access Log - This section shows all user activities, such and logins/logouts as well as other activities.
