Hardware Set Up: Your company will receive a hardware package containing one portable RFID station (RFID reader mounted to a portable table), one tablet and 100 printed RFID labels. Our expert IT team will remotely collaborate with your company’s IT department to set up and connect the hardware next to your production line via Wi-Fi to ELC’s cloud-based software. (Please note: $3K deposit required before sending hardware).

Software Training: A dedicated project manager will supervise both software and hardware installation, activate email and help alerts, and conduct software training to your primary team members via Zoom tailored to their roles and responsibilities.

After the 30-day free trial, your company will have the option to either purchase or cancel the service. In case of cancellation, after receiving the hardware back, we will return your deposit with no further obligations. If you decide to purchase the system, we will use the deposit as payment for the hardware.
